Key Points of Our Refund and Returns Policy
30-Day Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Restrictions on Replacements
1. Incorrect Purchases
We cannot issue a refund or replacement if a customer has purchased an incorrect product and/or the product is not compatible with their system. We endeavor to make product compatibility as clear and visible as possible.
- Example 1: Purchasing a Windows software package for a Mac machine.
- Example 2: Purchasing a product suitable for Windows 10 or 11 only, but having a Windows 8 operating system.
2. Installation and/or Activation Issues
Our support team is ready to assist with any issues you encounter with your Product Key. Before actioning a refund, we will work with you to resolve these issues.
- We may request digital images, such as a screenshot of the code being entered and the error encountered.
- In some cases, we might need to use remote-based access software, such as Team Viewer, to resolve your issue.
- Refunds and/or replacements will only be issued if we have fully investigated the issue and found it to be unsolvable.
3. Product Use Issues
For product-related issues, such as creating a new document in Word or a program not responding, please contact the official support team or refer to their online support resources.
4. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any incoming order that we believe to be of suspicious nature (such as unauthorized or fraudulent payments). Similar paid orders will be refunded, and the goods will not be delivered.
- Orders cannot be canceled if you have already received the activation code, as this item is no longer safe and secure.
- We cannot cancel or refund an order simply because you don’t enjoy or use the product. Once you activate the code, it is permanently bound to your account.
5. Digital Delivery
Due to the nature of our digital products, we are unable to know the identity of the person who redeems the code. For each order placed, we track the delivery of the Product Key and store vital details of when the code was viewed by the customer, including the date, time, and IP address.
6. Error Code Issues
Redemption errors must be reported within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds and/or replacements once this date has passed.
7. Exchanges
If the software package is defective and cannot be resolved even after receiving assistance from our technical support team (via email or live chat), we will issue a replacement product key for the same product purchased. Exchanges are only available within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- Your complete name
- Order number
- Product Key stated on the order
- Any accompanying images to help us locate your order and begin an investigation and resolution straight away
